Delivery Lead

As a result of our rapid international growth and multiple secured funding rounds, we are now expanding the team and looking for a Delivery Lead to help us become the leaders in #teltech globally!

Your responsibilities

As a Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for the implementation projects with our new and signed customers. You will be part of the Product team and work cross-functionally and in tight cooperation with our development teams, sales, customers and other stakeholders to ensure our implementations are up to speed. To succeed in this role you must have solid technical knowledge, good planning and clear communication skills. You will report directly to the CPO.

Among other things, you will:

• Lead client implementations of our technology
• Identify, prioritize, develop, and launch product initiatives
• Communicate product plans, context and results to your teams and the rest
• of the organization
• Follow up on and evaluate releases
• Work passionately to ensure you and the team are focusing on the right things,
• balancing short versus long-term needs, and confidently navigating trade-offs

What we look for

• 5+ years of experience working as a Delivery Lead/Technical Product Manager or other similar technical project leader within the Telecom industry.
• A good technical understanding and experience working with BSS/OSS platforms
• A higher education in a relevant field
• You are a hands-on problem solver as well as a conceptual thinker
• You have experience working with clients
• You can operate independently across multiple teams and can
• navigate trade-offs effectively
• You strive to be an excellent communicator, and can communicate concepts and
• ideas in different formats, depending on context and audience
• You are experienced with both design- and data-driven product development and
• are passionate about using feedback to improve products
• You like to venture into the unknown and you can create structure as you go
