Financial Analyst

Our client, a leading manufacturing plant dedicated to delivering high-quality products to their customers, is seeking a talented Senior Financial Analyst to join their team. As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in analyzing financial performance, identifying areas for improvement, and providing actionable insights to enhance profitability and operational efficiency. Working closely with the finance team and various departments, you'll be instrumental in shaping their strategic direction.

Job Responsibilities

• Perform financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and forecasting, to support decision-making and drive business performance.
• Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities, cost reduction initiatives, and other strategic projects.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial metrics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and Business partners to gather data, analyze results, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Drive and budgeting and planning processes, including the development of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.
• Develop and sustain collaborative working relationships across the organization focusing on transformation and performance.
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis and special projects as assigned by management.
• Ensure compliance with our procedures and improve processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred.
• Minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and draw meaningful conclusions.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and forecasting techniques.
• Show autonomy and ability to Solve complex problems, navigate ambiguity and escalate as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software applications.
