Graphic Designer/Art Director

About the Role

As an Art Director and graphic designer, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and compelling design for all our internal and external communication. This requires broad experience in developing creative solutions in a variety of mediums, such as digital, print and video. You'll be joining a team where we conceptualize, design, and develop high-quality creative work that pushes the Centiro brand forward. The scope and workload vary, from conceptual high level to minute detail and off-the-mill production in between.

We believe that you have a creative mindset and thinking coupled with a strategic outlook. To succeed you need to quickly adapt to changing priorities, demands and identify strategic initiatives and opportunities to advance in collaboration with our business. Your audience includes people working for the world’s most prominent brands, as well as the wider Centiro team and prospect colleagues.

You are a self-starter with the ability to deliver with speed and quality simultaneously. You have an eye for how to visually communicate with a design mindset where less often is more. You know how to visualize effectively and consistently, you have a business mindset, and enjoy building relationships. Your mindset of curiosity and innovation allows you to see how the field of graphics design advances with the help of new tools empowered by AI.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree (minimum)
• 7+ years of hands-on experience from agencies, design firms, or leading brands.
• Proficiency in graphic design, art direction, advertising, marketing, corporate identity, branding, and digital communication.
• Exceptional design skills coupled with a keen eye for detail and a talent for conceptual thinking.
• Naturally curious and passionate about design — with a strong awareness of the evolving landscape of available tools, technologies, resources, and trends.
• Proficiency in design software, including Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator. Experience with 3D software is a plus.
• Curious, self-driven and great at networking. Team-player? Yeah, that’s you…
• Fluent in English and Swedish.
• Experience in the B2B landscape. Leadership qualities is a plus.
