Snow Software is seeking a talented and experienced Live Chat Manager to join our team on a full-time remote basis. As a Mid-to-Senior Level position, we require a minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Manage and oversee all live chat operations, including staff supervision, scheduling, and performance monitoring. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer engagement and satisfaction through live chat interactions. 3. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer inquiries. 4. Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 5. Train and mentor live chat agents to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills. 6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in live chat customer service. 7. Work with the IT team to ensure the chat platform is operating efficiently and effectively. 8. Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions.
Requirements: 1. 8+ years of experience in live chat management or customer service roles. 2. Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and retention through live chat channels. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. 6. Creativity and adaptability to changing scenarios. 7. Reliable and able to meet deadlines. 8. Proficiency in chat software and CRM systems.
