Job Description - Live Chat Specialist - Remote Work


Job Description:


Skanska is currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Live Chat Specialist to join our team on a remote basis. As a Live Chat Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat platforms. This position requires a high level of communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong dedication to exceeding customer expectations.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and provide assistance through live chat platforms - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Proactively engage with customers to promote products and services - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to management - Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail - Motivated and dedicated team player - Ability to work independently and manage time effectively - Soft skills in persuasion and strategic planning - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
