About the role

As a Product manager at Voyado Engage, you will manage and be responsible for what is built, why and when, within your assigned area of the product. The role offers a lot of freedom as well as responsibilities to really impact what Voyado should be focusing on in your domain. 

You will be a part of the Product team as well as the newly formed Omni Commerce team. A team with the mission to put Voyado at the best place possible in a dynamic omni commerce landscape. The team oversees the part of Voyado that relates to understanding and optimizing transactions, both from integrations from other systems and assuring the information is passed on to other teams within Voyado. The team is also responsible for functions related to other interesting areas such as articles and stores. 

With research, product development, product design, engineering, and marketing all collaborating, we’re able to quickly create meaningful features and services for hundreds of our customers to help them make their brand easy to love.

Some examples of your daily work

• Define and prioritize product features and capabilities 
• Develop and maintain a product roadmap aligned with with business objectives
• Serve as product owner and keep the backlog planned and updated for the assigned development team
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to ensure successful product delivery
• Collect and analyze user feedback to inform product improvements
• Lead the discovery process for features within Omni Commerce

 

So, who are you? 

The ideal candidate have at least 3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the SaaS or retail industry. You have a strong understanding of product development processes, as well as basic technical knowledge of integrations. Furthermore, you have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously and have excellent communication and collaboration skills.
