Job Description:
As an Account Support Associate at Volvo Group, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. You will work closely with our sales team to ensure seamless communication and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities: 1. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and support requests. 2. Process orders, handle billing inquiries, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner. 3. Collaborate with the sales team to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers. 4. Assist in creating and maintaining customer accounts in our CRM system. 5. Monitor inventory levels and work with logistics to ensure timely delivery of products. 6. Prepare reports on customer satisfaction and sales performance. 7. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist customers.
Requirements: 1. At least 4 years of experience in a customer-facing role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills. 4. High level of adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment. 5. Detail-oriented and highly organized. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite.
