Job Description - Account Support Manager

Northvolt, a leading battery manufacturer based in Uppsala, SE, is seeking a dedicated Account Support Manager to join our team. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for someone with at least 5 years of experience in account management or related fields. The ideal candidate will be resourceful and adaptable, with strong soft skills in adaptability and problem-solving.


Responsibilities: - Manage a portfolio of key customer accounts, serving as the main point of contact for all inquiries and support needs - Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, operations, and finance to ensure customer satisfaction and retention - Analyze account performance and provide recommendations for improvement or expansion opportunities - Monitor market trends and competitors to identify potential growth areas for the company - Create and present regular reports on account status, performance, and forecasts to leadership team


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field - 5+ years of experience in account management or related roles - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Proven ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Willingness to travel for client meetings or industry events
