Job Description - Account Support Specialist

Job Description:


Haglöfs, a renowned outdoor equipment and apparel company, is seeking a dedicated and adaptable Account Support Specialist to join our team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide exceptional account support to clients, assisting with inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and managing orders. 2. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and support for key accounts. 3. Analyze sales data and trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. 4. Maintain accurate records of account information and interactions in the company database. 5. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments, including logistics, finance, and product development. 6. Assist in the creation and implementation of strategic account plans to achieve sales targets. 7. Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product offerings and market trends.


Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field. 2. Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence to navigate complex client relationships. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. Experience in the outdoor industry is a plus.
