Job Description:
Klarna is seeking a driven and passionate Call Center Assistant to join our team in Sollentuna, SE. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service and communication.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. 2. Providing information about Klarna's products and services to customers. 3. Handling and resolving customer complaints in a timely and effective manner. 4. Documenting all customer interactions and maintaining accurate records of conversations. 5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless customer service delivery. 6. Participating in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills. 7. Assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
