Job Description - Call Center Manager

Job Description:


As the Call Center Manager at AstraZeneca in Stockholm, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our call center team. You will lead a team of customer service representatives, ensuring that they are providing excellent service to our customers and meeting performance targets.


Responsibilities: - Manage and coach a team of customer service representatives - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to ensure goals are being met - Develop and implement strategies to improve call center efficiency and customer satisfaction - Handle escalations from customers and resolve issues in a timely manner - Work closely with other departments, such as sales and marketing, to ensure alignment on customer service initiatives - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback and training to team members - Create and maintain call center policies and procedures - Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement


Requirements: - 8 years of experience in a call center or customer service management role - Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate a team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities - Adaptable and reliable - Strong analysis skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making - Teamwork skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
