Job Description:
Cellink, a leading biotechnology company headquartered in Uppsala, SE, is seeking a Call Center Manager to work from home. As a mid-to-senior level position with at least 7 years of experience in call center management, the ideal candidate will be energetic, passionate, possess strong negotiation skills, and have a knack for research.
Responsibilities: - Manage a team of remote call center representatives, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor call center metrics and KPIs to ensure department goals are met - Review and analyze call center data to identify trends and areas for improvement - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the overall customer experience - Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and effectively - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in call center management
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in call center management, preferably in a remote work setting - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in CRM software and call center technology - Experience with workforce management and scheduling tools - Knowledge of biotechnology or related industries is a plus
