Remote Call Center Officer

Job Description:

Natural Cycles, a leading digital healthcare company based in Stockholm, is seeking a Remote Call Center Officer to join our team. As a full-time Associate Level position, the Remote Call Center Officer will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and email communication channels. This position offers the flexibility of working remotely, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, or complaints in a professional and empathetic manner. 2. Respond to customer emails promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Provide accurate information about Natural Cycles products and services to customers. 4. Document all customer interactions in the CRM system for future reference and analysis. 5. Collaborate with other team members to resolve complex customer issues in a timely manner. 6. Meet and exceed key performance indicators such as response time, customer satisfaction, and call quality. 7. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment. 3. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 4. Resourceful and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 5. Analytical skills to identify trends and patterns in customer inquiries. 6. Ability to present information clearly and effectively to customers. 7. Comfortable working remotely and independently. 8. Proficient in using CRM software and other communication tools.
