Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team at Quinyx. As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. This is a full-time entry-level position with the opportunity for growth and development within our company.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner - Make outbound calls to follow up with customers or prospects - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products or services - Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and effectively - Enter customer information into the database accurately and timely - Meet or exceed sales and service goals as set by the company - Maintain a positive attitude and represent the company in a professional manner at all times

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center role - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Reliable and resilient personality traits - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Proficient in using computer systems and databases - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - High school diploma or equivalent
