Remote Call Center Representative

Job Description:

Bambuser is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Remote Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. This role requires a high level of resourcefulness and passion for helping others. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and possess strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers with professionalism and efficiency - Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely manner - Resolve customer issues and complaints with empathy and understanding - Provide product information and assistance to customers as needed - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Continuously improve customer service skills and knowledge of products and services

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in a call center or customer service role - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Resourceful and passionate about helping others - Proficiency in basic computer skills and software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
