Chat Support Manager - Work from home

Evolution Gaming is looking for a motivated and experienced Chat Support Manager to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE.

As a Chat Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of chat support agents, ensuring that they provide excellent customer service and meet performance goals. Your duties will include monitoring chat conversations, providing feedback and coaching to agents, analyzing performance metrics, and implementing strategies to improve team performance. Additionally, you will work closely with other departments to address customer concerns and collaborate on projects to enhance the overall customer experience.

To succeed in this role, you must be confident, driven, and have at least 5 years of experience in a customer support or management role. You should also possess excellent teamwork and creativity skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
