Job Description:
As a Remote Chat Support Officer at Kry, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through live chat to our customers. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance, troubleshooting technical issues, and answering inquiries about our products and services.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner through live chat - Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team members when necessary - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Meet or exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction and response times - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
Requirements: - 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Adaptable and resilient personality traits - Excellent research skills to quickly find solutions to customer inquiries - Strong people management skills to effectively handle customer interactions - Ability to work independently in a remote setting - Proficiency in using live chat software and other customer support tools
