Chat Support Representative

Job Description:

Evolution Gaming is seeking a Chat Support Representative to join our team in Malmö, Skåne Län. As an Associate Level Chat Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support through our chat platform. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Responsibilities: - Responding to customer inquiries and providing assistance in a timely and professional manner through our chat platform. - Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and understanding. - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times. - Continuously seeking opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and service delivery.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or support role. - Driven and hardworking individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service. - Strong leadership skills and emotional intelligence to effectively deal with customer issues and conflicts. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
