Job Description: Happy Socks, a leading fashion retail company based in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Chat Support Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. As an Associate Level position with a requirement of 4 years of experience, the Chat Support Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support via chat channels.
Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner through chat platforms - Resolve customer complaints and issues with a customer-centric attitude - Proactively engage with customers to provide product information, assistance, and recommendations - Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure seamless customer support experiences - Utilize problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex customer inquiries or issues - Maintain accurate and detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as necessary
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or support roles - Excellent written communication skills with a strong command of English (additional languages are a plus) - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills - Demonstrated ability to work well independently as well as part of a team - Proficient in using chat support platforms and tools - Must be dedicated, reliable, and committed to providing outstanding customer service
