Peak Performance is currently seeking a Remote Client Relations Assistant to join our dynamic team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, Sweden. As a Remote Client Relations Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining positive relationships with our clients through various communication channels. Your primary duties will include responding to client inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring client satisfaction. You will also assist in managing client accounts, updating databases, and providing administrative support to the client relations team.
