Remote Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Evolution Gaming is seeking a Remote Client Relations Associate to join our team in Stockholm. As a Client Relations Associate, you will be responsible for maintaining relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and a strong drive to succeed.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and video conferencing to address any issues or concerns they may have - Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to relay important information and feedback - Monitor client accounts and proactively identify areas for improvement - Collaborate with the sales team to upsell and cross-sell products and services to clients - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client relations role - Resilient and driven personality traits - Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred
