Client Relations Associate

Job Description:

Camfil, a leading air filtration company, is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Relations Associate to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level position, we are looking for a candidate with at least 3 years of experience in client relations. The ideal candidate will possess strong planning and strategic planning skills and have a proactive approach to building and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities: 1. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support. 2. Act as the main point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction. 3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate client projects and deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. 4. Develop and implement client engagement strategies to drive business growth and retention. 5. Monitor and analyze client feedback and data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. 6. Assist in the development and execution of client presentations and proposals. 7. Keep up to date on industry trends and best practices to provide clients with valuable insights and solutions.

Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in client relations or account management. 3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. 5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding client expectations.
