Client Relations Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Associate at Acast, you will be responsible for managing relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. You will work closely with our sales team to onboard new clients, provide them with training on our platform, and address any issues or concerns they may have. You will also be responsible for conducting regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure their needs are being met.

Responsibilities: - Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients - Onboard new clients and provide training on our platform - Address any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner - Conduct regular check-ins with clients to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction - Work closely with the sales team to identify upsell opportunities and drive revenue growth - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are being met

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field - 3+ years of experience in client relations or a similar role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Excellent people management and negotiation skills - Reliable and adaptable personality traits - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
