Job Description - Client Relations Manager

Essity is seeking a Client Relations Manager to join our team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a leading global hygiene and health company, Essity is dedicated to improving well-being through our products and solutions. The Client Relations Manager will play a crucial role in maintaining and growing relationships with our clients to ensure satisfaction and continued business success.


Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients - Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing any inquiries or issues in a timely manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and exceeded - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products and services - Analyze client feedback and market trends to provide valuable insights for business improvement - Develop and implement strategic plans to strengthen client relationships and increase revenue - Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to client satisfaction and retention


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field - 7+ years of experience in client relations or account management - Strong communication and negotiation skills - Driven and dedicated to achieving targets and goals - Excellent time management and strategic planning abilities - Knowledge of CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite - Proven track record of successfully managing client relationships
