Client Relations Specialist

Job Description:

As a Client Relations Specialist at Nudie Jeans, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing the relationship between our brand and our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that each client feels valued, appreciated, and well taken care of throughout their entire customer journey. Your main responsibilities will include managing client inquiries, resolving any issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner, and proactively reaching out to clients to offer personalized assistance and recommendations.

Responsibilities: - Manage all client inquiries through various communication channels, such as email, phone, and social media. - Resolve any client issues or complaints promptly and efficiently to ensure a positive customer experience. - Proactively reach out to clients to offer personalized assistance, product recommendations, and exclusive offers. - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions in our CRM system. - Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales, Marketing, and Product Development, to ensure a consistent and cohesive client experience. - Identify opportunities for client retention and upselling based on client feedback and purchasing behaviors. - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activities to provide clients with relevant and timely information.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. - Minimum of 4 years of experience in a client-facing role, preferably in the fashion industry. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service. - Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience in planning and organizing client outreach initiatives. - Proficiency in CRM software and other customer service tools. - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet. - Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
