Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field. - 1 year of experience in customer service or a similar role. - Strong emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with clients. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. - Research skills to stay informed on industry updates and client needs.
