Client Service Associate

Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Associate to join our team at Spotify in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As a Client Service Associate, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing them with exceptional service.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, handling inquiries and providing support as needed - Manage client accounts, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products/services - Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and upsell clients on additional services - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and ensure client satisfaction - Analyze client data and provide insights to improve client experience - Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in client servicing

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Minimum of 3 years of experience in client service or account management - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines - Driven and reliable with a focus on delivering exceptional service - Innovative thinker with strong negotiation skills
