Client Service Officer - Work from home

Job Description: As a Client Service Officer at Lifesum, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner. This position is fully remote, allowing you the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home.

Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and support to clients as needed - Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team members - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless experience - Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the client experience

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Adaptability and dedication to providing excellent service - Strong analytical skills and a knack for innovation - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
