Job Description: Starbreeze Studios is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and partners. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to problem solve in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Manage client accounts, including processing orders, resolving billing issues, and updating account information. 3. Work closely with internal teams to address client needs and ensure timely delivery of products and services. 4. Use negotiation skills to resolve client conflicts and promote customer satisfaction. 5. Proactively reach out to clients to offer support and gather feedback on their experience with our products and services. 6. Analyze client data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in our client service.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues. 4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Adaptable and energetic with a positive attitude. 8. Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills.
