Client Service Representative

Job Description:

QlikTech International is seeking a Client Service Representative to join our dynamic team in Uppsala, Sweden. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients. This role requires a high level of independence and energy, as well as strong creativity and people management skills.

Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention - Provide product support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, escalating issues as needed - Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues and ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with client onboarding and training processes - Proactively identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and drive customer success - Utilize CRM systems to track and manage client interactions and data

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a client service or support role - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Energetic and outgoing personality - Experience in people management and conflict resolution - Creative problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in English and Swedish
