Job Description - Client Service Specialist

Job Description:


Kivra, a leading company in Uppsala, SE, is looking for a dedicated and adaptable Client Service Specialist to join our team. As an Associate Level position, this role requires at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner - Build strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful outcomes - Analyze client data and feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improvement - Develop and implement strategies to enhance the overall client experience - Assist in training new team members on client service best practices


Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in client service or a related field - Strong critical thinking skills to analyze complex situations and provide effective solutions - Excellent persuasion skills to influence client decisions and drive positive outcomes - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field preferred
