Client Service Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Getinge Group is seeking a Client Service Specialist to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. This is a full-time position with the flexibility to work remotely from home. We are looking for an Associate Level professional with at least 2 years of experience in client services.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Handle client inquiries, comments, and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met efficiently - Maintain client records and update information as necessary - Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services - Assist with client onboarding and training as needed - Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues promptly

Requirements: - Resilient and reliable with a positive attitude - Strong emotional intelligence and ability to connect with clients on a personal level - Creative problem-solving skills to address complex client issues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
