Job Description - Client Support Associate

Job Description:


We are looking for a Client Support Associate to join our team at Truecaller in Malmö, Sweden. As a Client Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services. This role requires a resourceful and hardworking individual with excellent time management and critical thinking skills.


Responsibilities: 1. Provide timely and professional support to clients via phone, email, and chat. 2. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues and inquiries in a timely manner. 3. Communicate with clients to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement. 4. Collaborate with other teams to ensure a seamless client experience. 5. Maintain accurate records of client interactions and issues. 6. Assist in training and onboarding new clients. 7. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and services.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer support or client-facing role. 2. Resourceful and hardworking individual with a passion for helping others. 3. Excellent time management and critical thinking skills. 4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred.
