Role and Responsibilities: We are looking for a Remote Client Support Manager to join our team at Fingerprint Cards. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of client support specialists who work remotely to provide top-notch customer service to our clients. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Leading and supervising a team of remote client support specialists, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to clients. 2. Developing and implementing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness of client support operations. 3. Monitoring and analyzing client support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement. 4. Collaborating with other departments, such as sales and product development, to address client issues and enhance the overall client experience. 5. Providing training and support to remote client support specialists to ensure they have the necessary skills and resources to effectively assist clients. 6. Handling escalated client issues and resolving them in a timely and satisfactory manner. 7. Developing strategies to improve client satisfaction and retention. 8. Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to continuously improve our processes.
Requirements: To be successful in this role, you must have: - At least 7 years of experience in client support or a related field. - Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Proven track record of strategic planning and decision-making. - Previous experience managing remote teams is preferred. - Reliable and resourceful personality traits. - Ability to thrive in an environment that embraces and navigates change seamlessly.
