Job Description - Client Support Manager


Job Description:


As a Client Support Manager at Happy Socks, you will be responsible for overseeing the client support team and ensuring that all customer inquiries, concerns, and issues are addressed in a timely and efficient manner. You will be the main point of contact for all client communications, and you will work closely with other departments to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded.


Responsibilities: - Manage a team of client support representatives, providing guidance, training, and support as needed - Monitor client support performance metrics and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness - Handle escalated client issues and provide resolutions in a timely and professional manner - Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure that client feedback and insights are used to inform business decisions - Develop and implement client support processes and procedures to streamline operations and enhance the overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in client support to continuously improve processes and strategies


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - 8 years of experience in client support or customer service roles - Proven experience managing a team of client support representatives - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to resolve complex client issues - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking and reliable with a strong work ethic - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment - Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment is a plus
