Job Description - Client Support Officer

Essity is seeking a motivated and independent Client Support Officer to join our team in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As an Entry Level position with no required years of experience, this is a fantastic opportunity for a recent graduate or someone looking to start their career in client support.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients via phone, email, and in-person meetings - Assist clients with product inquiries, orders, and any issues that may arise - Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience - Prepare and deliver presentations to clients on company products and services - Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to existing clients


Requirements: - Independent and self-motivated individual who can work effectively with minimal supervision - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with colleagues across various departments - Excellent presentation skills with the ability to effectively communicate complex information - Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred - Fluent in English, both written and verbal - Previous customer service or client support experience is a plus
