Job Description:
Mips, a leading technology company in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE, is seeking a Remote Client Support Representative to join our team. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with at least 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.
Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our products and services - Assist clients in setting up accounts, solving billing inquiries, and navigating our platform - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide solutions to complex client problems - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on client inquiries in a timely manner - Identify opportunities for improving customer experience and provide feedback to the product development team - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to clients
Requirements: - Driven and reliable individual with a passion for helping others - Strong problem-solving skills and creativity in finding solutions - Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a remote team environment - High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure - Fluency in English and Swedish is a plus - Previous experience in a customer service role is a plus
