Client Support Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Instabox is currently seeking a dedicated and energetic Client Support Representative to join our team on a full-time basis. This position will allow you to work from home, providing support to our valued clients in Stockholm, Stockholms Län, SE. This role is at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Providing exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and online chat - Resolving client inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner - Managing client accounts and ensuring accuracy in all transactions - Building strong relationships with clients to foster loyalty and retention - Collaborating with internal teams to address client needs and concerns - Contributing to the overall success of the client support team by meeting and exceeding performance targets

Requirements: - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Strong time management skills and the ability to multitask effectively - Persuasive and able to influence others positively - A minimum of 4 years of experience in a client support role - Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
