Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

As a Client Support Specialist at ICA Gruppen, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients while working from the comfort of your own home in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE. This is a full-time entry-level position ideal for individuals with a minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities: - Communicate with clients via phone, email, and chat to provide timely and accurate assistance - Resolve client inquiries and issues in a professional and efficient manner - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and resolve complex problems - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions - Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance the overall client experience - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to effectively address client needs

Requirements: - Passionate about providing excellent customer service - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues - Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office suite - High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree is a plus
