Job Description - Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


Klarna is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our dynamic team in Sollentuna, Stockholms Län, SE. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, making this the perfect opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in customer service and remote work.


Responsibilities: - Answer incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Resolve customer issues and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with account management and payment processing - Collaborate with other members of the contact center team to ensure efficient operations - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure quality service delivery - Work collaboratively with supervisors and managers to address escalated customer concerns - Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities


Requirements: - Independent and energetic personality traits - Strong soft skills in strategic planning and leadership - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills - High school diploma or equivalent - Proficiency in computer systems and technology - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously - Fluency in English and Swedish (additional languages are a plus)
