Job Description:

We are seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our dynamic team at Fingerprint Cards. As a Remote Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries - Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Provide product information and assistance to customers - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Perform research and data entry tasks as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhere to company policies and procedures
