As a Contact Center Assistant at Mips, you will be a vital part of our customer service team, providing support to customers through various channels such as phone calls, emails, and live chat. This is a work from home position based in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE, and is a full-time role at the Associate Level with a requirement of 4 years of experience.
Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency. 2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding product inquiries, order status, and general support. 3. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 4. Assist in resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely manner to uphold customer satisfaction. 5. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills. 7. Assist in various projects and tasks related to the contact center as needed.
Requirements: 1. Confident and energetic personality to effectively engage with customers over the phone and online. 2. Strong teamwork skills to collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a positive work environment. 3. Good project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. 4. Excellent communication skills in both English and Swedish. 5. Proficiency in using CRM software and other contact center tools. 6. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote work environment. 7. Previous experience in a customer service or contact center role is preferred.
