Job Description:
Vattenfall is looking to hire a full-time Remote Contact Center Associate to join our team in Uppsala, SE. As an Associate Level employee with at least 4 years of experience, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency - Address customer concerns, resolve issues, and provide accurate information about products and services - Utilize problem-solving skills to troubleshoot technical issues and escalate complex problems to the appropriate teams - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and resolution of customer issues - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals by delivering exceptional service in a timely manner - Utilize creative thinking to identify opportunities for process improvement and customer experience enhancement
Requirements: - 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Resourceful and confident personality traits to effectively handle challenging customer interactions - Strong problem-solving skills and creativity to find innovative solutions to customer inquiries - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Experience with CRM systems and knowledge of contact center best practices - Fluency in English and Swedish (additional languages are a plus)
