Contact Center Associate - Work from home

Job Description:

Budbee, a leading logistics and e-commerce company, is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Malmö, Sweden. This is a full-time remote position, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Entry Level Contact Center Associate, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients and assisting with various inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming calls, emails, and chat inquiries from customers promptly and professionally. 2. Assist customers with order placements, tracking, delivery information, and other inquiries. 3. Address and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer concerns. 5. Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions. 6. Act as a brand ambassador for Budbee by promoting our services and values to customers. 7. Stay up-to-date on product offerings, promotions, and company policies.

Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role preferred, but not required. 2. Resilient and adaptable personality traits to effectively handle challenging customer interactions. 3. Strong people management skills and emotional intelligence to effectively communicate with customers. 4. Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English. 6. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
