Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:

Peltarion is seeking a Contact Center Manager to work from home. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 6 years of experience, you will be responsible for managing our remote contact center operations to ensure exceptional customer service and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities: 1. Oversee and manage the day-to-day operations of the remote contact center team. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, efficiency, and performance metrics. 3. Supervise and coach team members to meet and exceed KPIs and objectives. 4. Collaborate with other departments to enhance processes and procedures for effective customer service. 5. Analyze data and trends to optimize operations and make data-driven decisions. 6. Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolutions in a timely manner. 7. Lead training and development initiatives for the contact center team.
