Job Description - Contact Center Officer


Job Description:


The Contact Center Officer at Getinge Group in Malmö, Skåne Län, SE will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. This role requires handling incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and escalating as needed. The ideal candidate will be independent, motivated, detail-oriented, and a team player.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Provide accurate information about products and services. 3. Process customer orders, returns, and exchanges. 4. Assist with technical support inquiries. 5. Document all customer interactions in the company database. 6. Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues. 7. Meet established service level agreements for response times. 8. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the contact center. 9. Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English. 3. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. 5. Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office. 6. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 7. Must be independent and self-motivated. 8. Strong sense of professionalism and empathy.
