Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


We are seeking a dynamic Contact Center Representative to join our team at Scania in Göteborg, Västra Götalands Län, SE. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and issue resolution - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve customer issues - Provide product information and updates to customers - Identify sales opportunities and promote products and services to customers - Stay updated on company policies, products, and services - Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets


Requirements: - Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Energetic and adaptable personality - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to innovate and implement new ideas for process improvement - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Fluency in multiple languages is a plus - High school diploma or equivalent - Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates
