Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job description: Atlas Copco is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team and work from home. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving customer issues, providing product information, and maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service.

Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely manner - Documenting customer interactions and maintaining customer records - Following up with customers to ensure satisfaction - Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs - Adhering to all company policies and procedures

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Energetic and driven personality - Excellent communication skills - Strong strategic planning skills - Ability to work independently and in a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
