Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Hövding. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home. As an Associate Level team member, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

**Responsibilities:**

- Manage inbound and outbound customer communications via phone, email, and chat - Answer customer inquiries and provide product information - Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner - Research and investigate customer concerns to provide accurate solutions - Manage customer accounts and data in our CRM system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

**Requirements:**

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Strong research and people management skills - Comfortable working from home and managing a remote workload
