Job Description:
As a Remote Customer Care Assistant at Quinyx, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service to clients while working from the comfort of your own home. Your primary duty will be to address customer inquiries, troubleshoot any issues they may encounter, and ensure their overall satisfaction with our products and services.
Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolve customer concerns and issues by providing appropriate solutions and escalating complex problems to the appropriate department. 3. Conduct follow-ups with customers to ensure their issues have been resolved to their satisfaction. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the company's CRM system. 5. Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve customer service processes and procedures. 6. Participate in training sessions to enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills.
Requirements: 1. 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Independent and resilient personality traits to thrive in a remote work setting. 3. Strong negotiation and critical thinking skills to effectively resolve customer issues. 4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently. 6. Proficiency in using CRM software and other customer service tools.
